Beautiful and Functional
The equestrian facilities at Toyon Farm are some of the most premier in the region. Overlooking the valley, they comprise approximately 39,000 square feet of covered space and superior boarding facilities—including barns with nine grooming areas, three tack rooms, a state-of-the-art covered arena equipped with first-class footing by Premier Equestrian with an elegant viewing lounge. Other outdoor features include an outdoor dressage arena, a large oval jumping ring, a covered square pen and a Eurosizer.
Acclaimed Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta added a picturesque entry courtyard with a tiled fountain, sitting areas beneath shade trees, and a drinking trough, all finished in warm golden earth tones.
Full services are available to boarders. Toyon Farm’s unique location allows for boarders to have access to miles of maintained trails throughout the vineyards. In addition to the first-class indoor amenities, there is a combination of 13 sand and grass paddocks overlooking the property.

A luxurious viewing room is located above the indoor arena. The European style viewing room contains kitchen amenities to prepare a snack, as well as a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. An audio system is connected to the room which enables auditing during clinics in the comfort of a cozy den.
The indoor arena is a perfect place to ride during rainy winters, or to escape the heat on those California summer days. A full short-side of mirrors allows the rider to closely pay attention to their work during training sessions.
In addition to the large outdoor arenas, well kept trails are a great way to cross train and spend some time outside of the sand box.
Shaded seating areas and picnic tables are located throughout the property to provide a nice place to enjoy the beautiful scenery and unwind during those overwhelming days.
