Sabine Schut-Kery is an elite dressage rider and trainer who operates her private training business out of Toyon Farm, Napa. Born and raised in Germany, Sabine received her classical training under German Masters such as Jen Bemelmanns. In continuing her education, Sabine learned with other classical trainers including Jan Nievelle, Christine Traurig, and Stefanie Meyer-Biss.
Sabine’s program prioritizes enhancing a horse’s natural ability, and she provides specialized attention based on what each individual horse needs. The embodiment of the program derives from a genuine horsemanship approach. With her sensitive and intuitive training approach, Sabine has successfully produced equine partners of all different breeds. Her focus on individuality has also allowed her to prosper with stallions, mares, and geldings to their highest potential.
